Ohisashiburi Updates

I finally got the coveted Puch Maxi N Rigid frame.  This is the last Puch frame I needed to complete my collection.  Been hunting around on Buy and Sell for years with no luck.  Either I encountered flaky sellers or inflated prices.  This one guy was trying to sell me the frame for $400!!  And he got mad at me for not taking the deal and when I told him I saw cheaper ones.  Of course he told me I wouldn't find one cheaper than his.  I managed to score this frame locally for a hundred bucks!!

One of Hawaii's old school Puch boys, originally from Manoa, recently got back into Puchs. He is fixing up his 1981 Magnum LTD as he is claim for his kid (I used that excuse on the wife too!).  I definitely can relate.  It's a perfect time in our lives to revisit our Puch obsession we had back in high school and/or in college since we got some time, money, and more importantly available PARTs (not just Moped Connection)!!  He went all out: Powder coated tank, frame, and rims.  The works!! As he calls his bike: The Red Baron!!

1977 Moped Auto Tuner

Its been a while since I posted anything but just want to say I'm still here.  Still active in the Puch builds.  Got some projects going on and will post more stuff in the near future.  With that being said...

I just wanted to pub 1977 Moped's Auto Tuner feature in the Garage section of their page.  Its a good start when trying to find out if your in the jet range of your builds during tuning.  Its based on historical data on past Garage rider builds.  Try it out.
